Each October, the Annual Recognition Dinner brings together more than 2,000 leaders from corporate America, the public policy arena, and higher education to honor award winners of The Council's Alvaro Martins Heritage Award, the Achievement Award, and the Corporate Award.
Awardees are presented with our signature Steuben Crystal Lion statuette. Symbolizing ferocity of spirit and a commitment to the ideals of integrity, courage, and responsibility, it is presented to corporations and individuals who have taken action as advocates and examples of excellence in business leadership.
