The Annual Mid-Level Managers Symposium (MLMS) supported by founding and continuing sponsor the PepsiCo Foundation, and aided recently by The Principal Financial Group and ING, helps African American corporate mid-level managers develop the professional and psychological skills necessary to excel in the corporate arena. Panels comprised of The Executive Leadership Council members, CEOs and other leaders engage in dynamic, open discussions, and learning activities moderated by experts in the field of executive leadership development and diversity management. To date, more than 5,000 mid-level managers have participated in this program. |
