Senior leadership initiatives are designed to support member development and personal enrichment, foster peer-to-peer mentoring, and stimulate interaction between members, corporate CEOs and other senior corporate leaders to advance The Council’s mission, membership and initiatives.   

To facilitate senior leadership activities The Council may form Strategic Alliances with corporate or community partners such as Catalyst, Hispanic Association for Corporate Responsibility, The National Association for Corporate Directors or  The Marathon Club.
