Curt "CT" Tomlin is General Manager-Business Excellence, Microsoft Corporation. As General Manager-Business Excellence for the Platforms Services Division (PSD), Mr. Tomlin is responsible for PSD's forecasting, planning and analysis function, along with divisional oversight for internal controls and compliance, reporting, capital appropriations, policies and procedures and special projects. Prior to assuming his current role in March 2006, Mr. Tomlin was Senior Director-Finance with Microsoft's Internal Audit group.

Mr. Tomlin currently serves on the Finance Diversity Leadership Team, is Chairperson of the Finance Diversity Recruiting Committee, and is the advisor to the Finance African-American Microsoft Employee group (FAAME). In addition, in October 2005, he was appointed Chairperson of the African-American Forum Leadership Council (AAFLC), a group of senior African-American leaders within Microsoft. Finally, Mr. Tomlin is an October 2005 graduate of Microsoft's Corporate Bench Leadership program.

Prior to joining Microsoft Corporation in February 2004, and during the preceding 15 years, Mr. Tomlin held various senior finance positions in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and financial services industries holding assignments in both the U.S. and Belgium.

A CPA, Mr. Tomlin holds a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard, and a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association and the National Association of Black Accountants. Mr. Tomlin is married and has two daughters.
