Laysha Ward is Vice President, Community Relations, Target Corporation. She
joined Target in 1991 and oversees Target’s domestic and international grant
making, sponsorships, cause marketing initiatives, volunteerism, and other civic
activities. Thanks to her leadership, Target was recently named “Corporation of
the Year” by Business Week magazine and received its Inaugural “Giving Back”
Award for Target’s contributions to community and civic programs and
initiatives.
Ms. Ward received a BA in Journalism from Indiana University in Bloomington and
a MA in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago with an
emphasis in nonprofit management and public policy. Ms. Ward serves on the board
of the Tiger Woods Learning Center. |
