Ronald Parker

Ronald Parker was recently named to the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for PepsiCo North America.  In his new role, Mr. Parker is responsible for the Human Resources programs related to PepsiCo North America involving such things as succession planning, organizational capability, labor relations and human capital maximization.  The Chief Personnel Officers of Frito-Lay, QTG (Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade), Pepsi Cola North America, and the PepsiCo Customer Teams report to him as well as their respective CEOs.   He will also lead and chair the PepsiCo Diversity Governance Council for North America reporting to Steve Reinemund, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, Inc..  This Council will consolidate functional initiatives, share best diversity and inclusion practices, and track execution progress. 

The Texas native and 23-year PepsiCo veteran executive earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University in 1976.  Mr. Parker is a Board member of the Baylor Regional Medical Center - Plano, Dallas County Community College Foundation, Parents' Council and Board of Visitors of Wake Forest University, International Board of Visitors and Board of Trustees at Texas Christian University.
