Todd Brown is Vice-Chairman of ShoreBank Corporation, Chairman of
the Board for ShoreBank's banking operations in Chicago, and
Chairman of the Board of ShoreBank Cleveland. Mr. Brown joined
Shorebank in 2003, after retiring from Kraft Foods after 14 years.
Previously he was Director of Student Services at The Wharton
Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania; he was Assistant Dean
of Students at Colgate University; and he has held a variety of
student services positions in the New Jersey State higher education
system.
Currently, he sits on the boards of ADVO, Inc., a leading
direct-marketing company, JohnsonDiversey, a leading industrial and
consumer producer of cleaning products, Chicago's Metropolitan
Planning Council, and Colgate University. Mr. Brown earned his MBA
from The Wharton Graduate School, and holds an MA in higher
education from Columbia University and a BA in sociology from
Colgate University. |
