The Executive
Leadership Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was
established in 1989 as an affiliate of The Executive Leadership
Council to promote and implement charitable and educational
activities designed by members of The Council. The Foundation
currently funds a series of programs and initiatives aimed at
developing senior African American corporate leaders from the
classroom to the board room.
