As President of the UPS Foundation, Evern Cooper Epps is
responsible for the global philanthropic programs of The UPS
Foundation as well as the many corporate relations and community
service initiatives of UPS. Under her direction, The UPS Foundation
has expanded its support of programs in the crucial areas of
literacy, hunger relief, and nationwide volunteerism. Committed to
her vision for building stronger communities through effective
collaborations, Ms. Epps identifies and supports organizations and
programs with which The UPS Foundation can establish partnerships
for positive and lasting impact on the disenfranchised, under-served,
and under-represented.
Ms. Epps received her BA in English and Journalism from Michigan
State University and continued her education at Emory University in
Atlanta and Harvard Graduate School of Business. She is Chair of the
Board for Atlanta Partners in Education; she is also on the boards
of the Close Up Foundation, Points of Light Foundation, and the
International Advisory Board for the Center for Corporate
Citizenship at Boston College. |
