Lynton serves as Vice President Operational Excellence at NRG Energy Incorporated and is located in Princeton, NJ.

Prior to joining NRG Energy Incorporated, Lynton served as Director Global Procurement at Hercules Incorporated.

At present, Lynton is a member of Executive Leadership Council. He serves on the boards of Urban Promise Wilmington, University of Dayton School of Engineering and Executive Leadership Foundation.

Lynton attended University of Dayton where he studied Chemical Engineering and earned a Bachelors degree. He also attended Rutgers University where he studied Statistics and earned a Masters degree and University of Pittsburgh where he studied Business Administration and earned a Masters degree.

Lynton's core expertise includes Strategic Procurement, Training, Quality Management and Engineering and Sales.

In his personal time, Lynton enjoys sports and working with "at risk" youth.
