Michael C. Hyter, President & COO of Novations, Inc. works with
executives in Fortune 1000 companies to create organization-wide
diversity and development initiatives that will enhance the business
objectives of those organizations and expand that work into their
subsidiaries in Europe. He believes that one of the most effective
ways to impact an organization’s bottom line is by growing and
developing the talent within the organization. He has been with
Novations 10 years.
Prior to joining Novations, Mr. Hyter spent 19 years with the Dayton
Hudson Corporation, a retailer known for its Marshall Fields and
Hudson’s retail outlets, where he rose to be President of Human
Resources for Hudson’s.
Mr. Hyter earned a BS in Human Resource Management from Michigan
State University. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the
Wang Center for the Performing Arts (Boston) and the Efficacy
Institute, a not-for-profit organization that consults for public
school systems and community-based organizations. He recently
released, with Judith Turnock, Esq., a book entitled “The Power of
Inclusion” which gives strategies and real world examples of how to
incorporate inclusiveness with organizations. |
