Milton M. Irvin is a Managing Director in the Office of Career
Development at UBS. His primary focus is on the company’s Talent
Management and Diversity Initiatives. Mr. Irvin is one of the
founding members of The Executive Leadership Council. Prior to
joining UBS, he spent time as President and Chief Operating Officer
of Blaylock & Partners, L.P. and Imbot.com. He started his
professional career as a Corporate Lending Officer at Chase
Manhattan Bank. After Chase, he spent the next 20 years working at
Salomon Brothers where he held numerous positions in Sales and Sales
Management.
Mr. Irvin holds a BA degree from the United States Merchant Marine
Academy and a MBA from the Wharton School of Business. Mr. Irvin
currently serves on the Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board and is
also a trustee for the Kent Place School and Essex Catholic High
School. In 1994, President Bill Clinton appointed Mr. Irvin to the
Advisory Committee of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBCG)
where he served as Chairman. Mr. Irvin has also served on the boards
of the Harlem School of Arts and the Summit, NJ Board of Recreation. |
