Men in Leadership (MiL) is a one-day virtual conference designed to equip male-identifying corporate professionals with the community connection, skills and practical strategies they will need to navigate their professional path to success in culturally relevant and personally authentic ways.

MiL will feature eight sessions focused on business acumen, change leadership, influence, and communication where members of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) will serve as presenters and subject-matter experts. The event starts with a selection of optional career acceleration workshops.
