Leadership Development Week (LDW) supports The Executive Leadership Council’s (ELC) mission by providing corporate professionals with business-tested strategies, networking opportunities, and tactics to advance their careers in a culturally-relevant environment that values their social identity.

Given the intensive nature of this leadership development program, LDW participants can expect
- 4 hours of pre-work assignments including readings, videos, and an assessment
- 20+ hours of interactive instructor-led content delivered in their assigned LDW course
- A 100+ page participant guide containing selected content, resources, and worksheets
- Multiple opportunities to formally and informally network with LDW participants from all courses
