Leadership Development Week (LDW) consists of six development courses running concurrently, conducted by The ELC’s Institute aimed at building the pipeline of well-prepared and successful Black executives. Each program focuses on leadership skill development, personal reflection, feedback from colleagues and supervisors via assessment instruments, networking opportunities and mentoring from experienced senior and C-Suite corporate Black executives.
