Strengthening the Pipeline
Flagship Program: Strengthening the Pipeline is a five-day flagship leadership developmental program designed for senior managers, directors, vice presidents, individual contributors and entrepreneurs with 6-15 years of experience. Strengthening the Pipeline participants come from a wide variety of industries, organizations, functional areas and locations. Participants gain an understanding of more advanced concepts in leadership with a special emphasis on enhancing self-awareness, leading to navigate the organization and creating a career plan.
NEW! Leading Innovation is a new three-day leadership development program designed for senior managers, directors, vice presidents, individual contributors and entrepreneurs with 6-15 years of experience. It focuses on building an arsenal of tools, insights, skills and behaviors that leaders must have to unleash their own creative potential, and to cultivate a culture where innovation and collaboration can flourish. It exposes participants to advanced concepts and information that demonstrate how innovative leadership, regardless of industry, can propel business success and growth. Additionally, the program will provide opportunities to explore and engage new innovative behaviors and perspectives that can empower transformation within their organizations.
Strategic Pathways is a three-day leadership development program designed specifically to assist mid-career black women, including managers, directors, vice presidents, individual contributors and entrepreneurs with 6-15 years of experience. This program brings together high performing black women leaders who are focused on increasing their leadership capacity in their organizations as well as the issues unique to black women professionals.
Navigating the Corporate Landscape
Navigating the Corporate Landscape is a three-day leadership developmental program for managers, directors, vice presidents, individual contributors and entrepreneurs with 5-12 years of experience. The program provides a nuts-and-bolts approach to teaching the key ingredients to thriving and surviving within the business landscape in which they work. The premise of this program is that your success is often determined by the actions and decisions of others, and that to be successful, one must be able to influence key decision makers.
Bright Futures is a three-day program designed for early career project leaders, project managers, team leaders, managers and individual contributors with 2-5 years of experience. This program helps participants gain an understanding of core concepts in leadership and management necessary to succeed and achieve short-term objectives and long term career goals. Bright Futures prepares managers to assume the additional responsibilities required to oversee broader aspects of the business, to lead others, and manage their own individual development.
