C-Suite Academy is an intensive program built for senior executives preparing to step into enterprise-level leadership or expand their influence within it. You’ll spend two days in candid conversation with current and former C-Suite leaders and ELC Members who share the real frameworks and hard-won experience that only comes from having held the role. The program is designed to help you move from functional excellence to enterprise-wide risk-taking: learning to navigate the shift from managing a department to leading an entire organization’s future.
Through sessions facilitated by ICF-certified executive coaches, the program addresses what most leadership development overlooks: the distinct challenges of navigating senior-most roles, complex executive dynamics, heightened visibility, and leading in spaces that often lack diversity. You’ll leave with a sharper leadership identity, a stronger network, and a concrete plan for what comes next.
