ELC Scholarship Program
The Executive Leadership Council (The ELC) is committed to building a pipeline of Black corporate talent by supporting the academic achievement and development of college students. We provide both undergraduate and graduate scholarships on behalf of corporate partners, as well as provide a robust professional development workshop series for the students called Honors Symposium. Since 1995, The ELC’s scholarship program has offered high-performing college students scholarship awards, internships, mentoring and unique access to ELC members, their companies, and our strategic partners.

Honors Symposium
The Honors Symposium introduces The ELC’s scholarship recipients to a wide range of business-related careers and industries to increase the number of future Black business leaders.
