Program Curriculum
ELC Leadership Pathways is built around four quarterly sessions, each addressing a critical stage in your leadership development journey. Together, they create a comprehensive pathway from understanding organizational dynamics to positioning yourself as a strategic leader.
Quarter 1: The P.I.E. Model – How Do People See Me at Work?
Career advancement requires more than technical skills. Performance, Image, and Exposure (P.I.E.) are the three elements that shape how others perceive your leadership—and ultimately, your career trajectory.
In this session, you’ll learn to assess your current leadership presence, develop strategies to enhance how you’re perceived, and build executive presence that opens doors.
Quarter 2: Organizational Awareness – How Do I Understand Modern Workplace Culture?
In today’s complex organizations, success depends on your ability to read the room and understand the invisible dynamics that shape influence and decision-making. This session sharpens your capacity to perceive and respond to both top-down and bottom-up forces in your organization.
You’ll learn to define situational awareness, identify key power structures and dynamics, and strengthen your ability to “read the room” and position yourself strategically.
Quarter 3: Industry and Organizational Strategic Awareness – What Aren't I Seeing?
Great leaders don’t just react to what’s happening—they anticipate what’s coming. This session deepens your ability to analyze the forces shaping your industry and organization, positioning you to make informed strategic decisions.
You’ll learn to analyze current trends and challenges, identify blind spots in your awareness, and develop a forward-looking mindset that prepares you for what’s next.
Quarter 4: Stretch Assignments – How Do You Balance Learning While Performing?
As a new leader, you’re expected to deliver results while simultaneously learning how to lead. High-visibility assignments can accelerate your career—or derail it if you can’t distinguish between a genuine stretch opportunity and a glass cliff. This session helps you evaluate opportunities strategically and negotiate for roles that position you for success.

Peer Coaching Sessions (Quarterly)
Following each content session, you’ll participate in small-group peer coaching with ICF-certified coaches. These intimate 90-minute sessions give you the space to work through your unique leadership challenges, receive personalized feedback, and practice applying what you’ve learned to your specific context.
Cohorts are capped at 20 participants to ensure meaningful interaction, accountability, and growth.
Capstone Masterclass: Learning from The ELC Members
Your leadership journey culminates with exclusive access to The ELC Members—senior executives who’ve navigated the exact challenges you’re facing and emerged as leaders at the highest levels. You’ll hear candid insights, proven strategies, and hard-won lessons from their own career journeys.

Is this program right for me if I'm not officially a "manager" yet?
Yes. ELC Leadership Pathways is designed for professionals who are new to leadership—whether you’re managing your first team or expanding your influence without a formal title. If you’re leading projects, influencing decisions, or preparing for a leadership role, this program is for you.
Will I receive any certification or credential?
While there is no formal certification, participants who complete the program receive a digital badge and a personalized Leadership Charter that documents your growth and development.
Can my organization sponsor my participation?

What if I can't attend every session?
Sessions are live-only and not recorded to create a confidential, engaged learning environment. We recommend committing to all sessions to get the full value of the program.
