Brickson Diamond is a partner at Spencer Stuart, where he advises organizations on board effectiveness, executive search, and leadership succession. His expertise in inclusion is seamlessly integrated into his work with clients across industries, helping them shape leadership strategies that align with their long-term values, vision and goals. Based in Spencer Stuart’s Los Angeles office, he is an active member of the firm’s Board; Telecommunications, Media & Technology; and Education and Social Impact practices.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Brickson founded and led the consultancy Big Answers, guiding clients in articulating and amplifying their core values while refining leadership, board, and commercial strategies through an inclusive lens. His experience leading organizations includes serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer of The Executive Leadership Council, a membership organization that opens channels of opportunity for the development of global executives to positively impact business and communities. Earlier in his career, Brickson spent 15 years at Capital Group Companies, advancing to senior vice president in their Private Client Services division. There, he built a practice serving specialized advisors to high-net-worth individuals and families and worked directly with select families to steward their wealth and legacies.

Beyond his corporate expertise, Brickson has demonstrated a commitment to governance, philanthropy, and cultural impact. He is the founding chairperson of The Blackhouse Foundation, a nonprofit that expands opportunities for an expansive range of storytellers at major film festivals, including Sundance, Tribeca, and Toronto. His board leadership extends to serving as immediate past board chair of the Tides Network, trustee of Brown University, board member of Rideback Rise, and board member of private estate planning software firm Gentreo. In addition, he contributes his expertise as an investment committee member at the Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands.

A graduate of Brown University with an MBA from Harvard University, Brickson’s career reflects a deep understanding of leadership, operations, governance, and long-term strategic planning aligned with values and collective growth.
